The West End Community Empowerment Project (WECEP) of Lexington, Inc. is dedicated to motivating, educating, and promoting community involvement. Founded in 1995, WECEP believes that community engagement is essential to addressing the challenges faced by youth, families, and the broader community. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that fosters mutual respect and dignity, while our vision is to cultivate a vibrant community focused on family values, health and wellness, educational opportunities, and civic and economic development.
